When thinking about pancakes, one of the first things that comes to mind, as a cook, is how much of a mess those can make in a kitchen! Flour everywhere, sticky drippings all over the counter and stovetop…
Yup, pancakes are messy!
But what if I told you I found a way to make delicious, no-flour, low-carb, Paleo pancakes in under 5 minutes, without the usual mess that comes with it?
Interested? Have I piqued your curiosity?
Knew it. 🙂

Also, who doesn’t like chocolate and bananas right?
