- 1 cul almond milk or milk of choice
- water to soak the dates
- ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 27 cadbury mini-eggs
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, cover the dates with water and soak for 30 minutes before making this recipe.
- Over low heat in a small saucepan, melt peanut butter and honey together, constantlystirring until fully combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently stir the liquid into the rice Krispie cereals.
- Spoon the Rice Krispie mixture equally into a muffin tin, using your spoon to make a small hole in the center of each cup.
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer for 10 minutes.
