This Hoisin Pork Stir-Fry recipe is the perfect weeknight meal. Simple, no-fuss and quick, this delicious recipe is made with only 8 ingredients and one pan. This recipe was created with a roast pork tenderloin leftover, some green onions, and common vegetables. It is very adaptable as you can swap the meat or veggies with whatever is left in the fridge. Do you have leftover beef or chicken? This recipe has you covered. So don’t stress, you probably won’t have to hop to the grocery store to make this one! Paleo, Gluten-Free, and Dairy-Free.

Were you thinking of grabbing some Chinese takeout on your way back from work? Well, think twice. What if I told you that you could have the same thing done at home for 1/3 of the price, three times healthier within the next 20 minutes?

Yup.

As a nice bonus, you’ll probably make something delicious out of those pesky, unappetizing meat leftovers from last Sunday evening. Interested?

I knew you’d be.

Only one pan to wash?

I knew we’d have a deal!

I’ve said a lot of things I love about this recipe already. Another thing I love about it is that you won’t have to measure different ingredients to make some complicated sauce. Hoisin Sauce. Boom. Done.

It can be served in several different manners, depending on your diet. If you’re the kettlebell swinging, paleo eating, ripped health-freak type you’ll probably want to avoid carbs as much as possible. I’d suggest you serve this wonderful sauté on cauliflower rice, lettuce wraps or plain.

If you’re simply trying to eat healthily, I’d suggest basmati rice, brown rice or brown rice noodles.

Whenever I’m in a rush to make dinner and there’s barely anything left (AKA forgot to go to the grocery store), I will often make this stir-fry. It is simple and does not require any special cooking skills.

Plus you could use only frozen vegetables if you’d like. Talk about no-fuss.
