Kale is Awesome. Not only for its crunchy texture and punchy taste, but also for its amazingly high content in essential nutrients. Having kale in the morning instantly boosts your metabolism<\/a> and I simply love the feeling.<\/p>\n

This is one of my favorite kale recipes. It is quick, easy and terribly effective. I love kale chips and incorporating them into a frittata was pure genius<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

The mix of parmesan cheese and kale chips gives this recipe a delicious kick<\/strong> that will convince you on the first bite. Some people like their breakfast to be a little more “bland” and may find this recipe a little rough in the morning.<\/p>\n
