Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups spinach finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp Italian Spices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands.
  3. Lay a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. (I like to pour a little water underneath the sheet so it adapts the shape of your baking sheet.)
  4. Using your hands, shape the meat into 1 1/2 inch balls and place them evenly on your piece of parchment paper. Continue process until there is no more meat left.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatballs has reached at least 165 degrees F.

Recipe Notes

Now there are several ways you can eat those: With tomato sauce, in pasta, place a wooden skewer on top and serve as a delicious appetizer, etc.

Enjoy!
