  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste


  1. Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
  2. Add in the basil, green onion and milk then whisk.
  3. Melt butter in a large pan over low heat.
  4. Salt the pan to taste.
  5. Pour the egg mixture and slowly cook making circular movements from the outside of the pan to the center.
  6. Don’t cook the eggs dry, remove from heat when desired consistency is attained.
  7. (You want your eggs to still be a little bit moist for the full flavor).
  8. Enjoy!
