Most of them are ready under 30 minutes, for a week's worth of lunches or snacks!

My main focus here at One Clever Chef is to share healthy, creative recipes, which are 100% gluten-free, to help busy/active people reach their goals without having to eat boring food, ever!

SUPPORTING YOU!

My goal with this blog is to support you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle. I know how hard it can be to eat healthy, delicious food, without having to rely on quick and cheap fast food alternatives when time runs short.

For a lot of people, life is a non-stop roller-coaster, and making time to for barely anything can be a challenge, especially during the week! That is mainly why most people have stopped cooking their own meals and instead rely on corporations to feed them with processed food.

And that is one of the reasons why obesity is rampant in our society nowadays!

We.

Lack.

Time!

But, there is a solution to this, and it is called Meal Prepping (or Meal Planning).

What is Meal Prepping?

It is the act of preparing your meals, ingredients and/or snacks in advance, so you have enough food for a given period of time, without having to cook for such period.

Why you Should Meal Prep

Meal prep will save you time and will allow you to eat healthily. It will also save you money as you will be buying food in bulk. It will free some time for you to spend with your family during weekdays and definitely reduce your stress!

Meal prepping isn't complicated and I believe it shouldn't be taking more than a couple hours a week. I usually start prepping at around 1pm Sunday afternoon, and by 3pm I'm usually done. In that short period of time, I usually enough food to sustain me and my family for the next 5 days.

Meal Prepping will Make Your Life Easier!

Meal planning shouldn't be complicated. That is why most of my recipes are ready under 30 minutes (or less!), and the fewer ingredients the better!

What you will find here are a collection of meal preps, clean desserts and protein snacks, all of them 100% gluten-free and healthy.
